Here is a shoot with two completele different settings and moods. The first part of the session took place at Mint Room Studios in Toronto, and the second part was at the Distillery District. At Mint Room, I leaned a little more towards the editorial style of photography. This was inspired by Lena’s and Saro’s formal outfits as well as the sophistication of the room decor. The room was absolutely perfect for achieving a moodier and more dramatic style of imagery. At the Distillery however, the mood completely changed. Being out in the sun, on the streets, among people, brought out the true personalities of my couple. I loved the contrast between the two parts of the shoot and I am very pleased with how the photos turned out.
